This is an especially crazy time of year for most businesses, and retailers. Do you find yourself hiring extra seasonal staff just to keep up with it all?

While extra holiday staff can be a lifesaver, the craziness of the season can make your seasonal help (and regular staff) want to pull their hair out at times.
